These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Pixel Perfect Photography. By accessing our website or booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Pixel Perfect Photography offers professional photography services including but not limited to portrait sessions, event coverage, and lifestyle photography. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
2. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable retainer may be required to secure your session date. This will be discussed during booking.
Payments are accepted via Cash, Check, Facebook Pay, Venmo, or PayPal.
Full payment is due on or before the day of the session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations made without sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the retainer.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to weather conditions, illness, or unforeseen emergencies.
4. Turnaround Time & Image Delivery
Editing and delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of booking and vary based on the type of session.
Final images will be delivered in digital format via an online gallery or other agreed-upon method.
Unedited or raw images are not provided under any circumstances.
5. Image Usage & Copyright
Pixel Perfect Photography retains the copyright to all images captured during sessions.
Clients receive personal use rights to the final edited images, which may be printed or shared online with proper credit.
Images may not be sold, altered, or used commercially without prior written permission.
6. Model Release
Unless otherwise requested in writing, by booking a session with Pixel Perfect Photography, you grant us permission to use images from your session for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials.
7. Client Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during their sessions. We reserve the right to end a session without refund if inappropriate behavior occurs.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take great care to deliver high-quality results, Pixel Perfect Photography shall not be held liable for any damages, loss, or disappointment resulting from service delays, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
9. Website Use
All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Pixel Perfect Photography and may not be copied or used without permission.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
